ExpertsCodes ("we", "our", or "us") built the FullCYClE Android application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

By default, the App does not collect personal data. In the context of managing company-organized events and teams, the following general participant information may be recorded to operate the service:

• Attendance data: check-in and check-out times for event participation and team management.
• Bank details: account information provided by the participant, used solely for processing payments and disbursements of dues.

If additional categories of data are introduced (e.g., analytics, camera, or location), this policy will be updated accordingly and reflected in the Google Play Data safety form.

The App requests only the permissions necessary for specific features. Any required permissions will be disclosed on the Google Play Store listing.

4) Third-party services

The App does not use third-party SDKs by default. If we add services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics), we will list them here with links to their privacy policies.

5) Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers (e.g., hosting or payment processors) only as needed to operate the App and under agreements requiring confidentiality and security, or as required by law.

6) Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Specific retention periods will be defined if additional data categories are collected.

We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
